Value-Add LASIK and PRK procedures
Network providers can help your employees understand laser vision correction. They can make arrangements for the procedure in our network of LASIK and PRK providers, or employees can directly contact providers. Employees receive substantial reductions when procedures are done by network providers.
Your employees can use designated TLC Vision LASIK Advantage Centers that have fixed prices:
Conventional LASIK at $895 per eye
Custom LASIK at $1,295 per eye
Custom LASIK with Intralase at $1,895 per eye
Or they can use any other LASIK provider network doctors at a cost of no more than the $2,300 per eye for Custom LASIK or 10 percent less than the doctor’s advertised price for LASIK.
